Why Soda Before Soccer Slows Your Child Down🎯

It doesn’t matter how talented your child is.

They could have Messi’s vision, Mbappé’s speed, or Neymar’s skills.

❌ If their stomach is bubbling with soda, they’ll be running with legs made of lead.

🧪 Soda before a game or practice:

– bloats the stomach

– makes breathing harder

– drains energy

– kills focus

Then come the puzzled questions from the sidelines:

"What’s going on with my kid today?"

💥 Parents, here’s a little challenge for you:

Drink one or two fizzy sodas. Lace up your sneakers. Go for a 10-minute run.

Feel your stomach bounce like a soda can in a tumble dryer — and ask yourself: “Why did I do this?”

👉 Because that’s exactly how your child feels when they show up for a game or practice with a bottle of soda.

And let’s be real — they don’t deserve that.

🚫 There’s no room for bubbles before the action. Just focus, calm energy, and... water.

A great performance starts with light feet and deep breaths — not burps.

⚽ Give your child the chance to play free, fast, and full of joy — not with a storm bubbling in their belly.
